Mobility Ambulation Lift Aid

Baxter ambulatory aids are designed to assist in the stabilization of patients while standing and during mobilization. These aids are designed to enable patient movement while supporting the patient's weight. The lift and ambulatory aid used together helps remove the need for the caregivers to support the weight of the patient should they become unstable or unable to continue bearing weight.

MasterVest Lift Aid

The MasterVest Lift Aid is a versatile device designed to support patients during activities such as standing, walking, and hygiene tasks like toileting. It securely supports the upper body and underarms, making it suitable for patients who can partially bear weight on their legs. The MasterVest's design allows for easy access to the lower body, facilitating dressing and undressing, particularly during toilet visits. Available in durable polyester and plastic-coated net materials, the MasterVest is designed to provide a stable and comfortable lifting experience, with the net variant offering additional friction to help prevent sliding, even during bathing.

Models:

  • Standard MasterVest: This model is suitable for most patients and includes adjustable shoulder straps and loop straps to help enable a secure and comfortable fit. It is available in various sizes, accommodating patients with different body weights and shapes.

  • Front Closure MasterVest: Equipped with two adjustable safety buckles across the chest, this model is designed for patients who can put on and take off the vest by themselves. The front closure design allows for easy application and removal, while the adjustable buckles help provide security and comfort.

  • MasterVest with Leg Harness: The leg harness accessory helps keep the vest in place, especially during walking training. It prevents the vest from sliding up, assisting with stability and support throughout the activity.

UltraLift Pants & LiftPants

These pants are designed to offer the freedom of movement necessary for patients to begin walking. The lift helps to support the body weight in the pelvis and trunk area making it suitable for patients sensitive to pressure around the upper body. The LiftPants can be used with both overhead and mobile lifts that have sufficient lifting height.

  • LiftPants: Available in various sizes, suitable for use in baths and showers, and features adjustable loop straps.

  • UltraLift Pants: Designed for very heavy patients, featuring additional hip straps for even weight distribution and available in sizes XXL and XXXL.
