What Should my Patients Expect?

It’s as simple as 1-2-3.

  1. Hillrom receives the prescription order from the provider.
  2. We will contact the patient to review the device’s benefits and their insurance information.
  3. Our clinical trainers will contact the patient to set up a time to deliver the device and train them on it — in the comfort of their own home. (They will also follow up after the training to make sure the patient is comfortable and successful with their device.)
