Head Positioning Adapter
Used for attaching head positioning accessories, the adapter affixes to the side rails.

Connection Holder w/Joint
For use with the Narrow Headrest or the Horseshoe Headrest, this Connection Holder has a 360° rotation with a tilt of +/-30°.

Headrest Retainer
With a pivot range of +/- 90°, the retainer attaches to the Head Positioning Adapter.
Narrow Headrest
This headrest attaches to the Headrest Retainer. The integral clamp is provided to secure the parts onto the Connection Holder with Joint (4544729).

Horseshoe Headrest, 2-Part
The headrest adjusts to the patient’s head size and can be attached to the Connection Holder with Joint or the Headrest Retainer. The integral clamp is provided to secure the parts onto the Connection Holder with Joint.
