In an effort to better serve our customers and maintain the high level of support you have come to expect from Baxter, we are transitioning to a fee-based technical support structure for customers not on a service agreement.
Beginning March 31, 2025, customers requesting technical support for Baxter's PSS and GSS portfolios (Beds, Stretchers, Lifts, Surgical tables, Lights, Booms) will need to have a contract with Baxter, be covered under warranty, or pay Baxter's current hourly rate. This change will allow us to continue providing timely and effective assistance while ensuring that our resources are allocated efficiently.
